Born and raised in Edmonton, Cory Clendenning knows the city inside and out. Growing up in the West End and attending St. Francis Xavier High School, Cory developed a deep connection to the community he now proudly serves as a real estate agent. Cory's background in the hospitality industry, combined with his education at NAIT, shaped his exceptional people skills and strong work ethic. Over the past five years, he has successfully built 15 infill homes, giving him unparalleled expertise in the renovation and development process. Whether helping clients find their dream home or guiding them through investment opportunities, Cory's firsthand knowledge makes him a trusted resource in Edmonton’s dynamic real estate market. Beyond real estate, Cory is passionate about giving back. He generously supports the Mustard Seed Shelter and even hiked to Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise funds for this important cause. When he's not working, Cory loves travelling to warmer destinations, enjoying live music, and spending time on the water. He's also an avid fan of the Edmonton Oilers, a pro boxing judge, and an active participant in community events. At home, he enjoys working out, yoga, biking, cooking and relaxing with his playful dog, Jack.
