Lexie Badali is an award winning realtor with over fifteen years of experience. Lexie started her career in new construction sales but found her true passion in the residential resale market and quickly made the transition. Growing up in Toronto, Lexie moved with her family to Aurora to help operate a successful family run business in the community and has called York Region, specifically Aurora, home for the past 27 years. Lexie's business experience includes a successful HR career at TD Bank in Toronto, operation of her family business and currently a realtor with Royal LePage Your Community Realty. Lexie is a firm believer in community involvement and remains active through sponsorship of youth teams and participation in great events such as The Big Bike Ride, The Aurora Street Fair, team leader with the INN From the Cold Walk, and past chair of The Hand in Hand Gala event in support of the York Region Abuse Program. With a life time commitment to continuing education, she has been enrolled in many professional courses since finishing her formal education at Acadia University in Wolfville, N.S. Over her career Lexie has acquired the Canadian Certificate of Human Resource Management, Canadian Securities Course, and monthly real estate update courses. For the past two years Lexie has been training with a one on one business coach in order to manage her growing Real Estate career. Lexie lives in Aurora with her husband Ron Cocking, her daughter Margaux, and her son Joe. Her spare time is spent with friends, extended family, community fundraising, book club, hiking, and walking her dogs Hank and Lucy!
