I was the Executive Director at Reflections Mental Health and Behavioral Services, where I specialized in supporting children, youth, and families, particularly those dealing with being on the autism spectrum disorder and complex mental health needs. This leadership role involved providing services like instructional therapy, staffing support, and direct individualized planning. My dual experience in both community services in the Durham Region and Real Estate expertise exhibits a versatile assist that can be critical when clients are challenged with making an informed decision pertaining to their Real Estate needs and desires.
