It is very easy to access both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from anywhere in Downtown. Downtown is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this neighbourhood. Finding things to do is easy in this neighbourhood. Even though few entertainment venues can be found nearby, the streets are very often busy with people, and with its approximately 20 bars, there are options for nighttime activities. 104th Street Northwest in particular offers a great variety of nightlife. The noise levels in Downtown are reasonably low, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. There are a few green spaces close by for residents to check out and they are very well-spread out, making them very easy to reach from many locations within this area.
