Transportation
Driving is usually the preferred method of transportation in Hawks Ridge. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is very easy to access a parking spot. Walking is not very feasible for property owners in this area as almost no day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a car. Cycling is also challenging in this area as there are very few bike lanes, and riding is made strenuous by the often steep terrain.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this neighbourhood. Likewise, it can be very difficult to get to daycares on foot. In terms of food, in all cases, a vehicle is required to do groceries.
Character
Hawks Ridge is especially quiet, as the streets are very tranquil. It is rather difficult to reach green spaces in the neighbourhood since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few parks nearby for residents to discover.
