Transportation
Boundary Bay Village is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, Boundary Bay Village is not an especially convenient part of Delta for moving around by public transit. Nonetheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Despite the fact that there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave, the bicycle is a somewhat poor mode of transportation in this part of the municipality because the cycling network is not very extensive. Walking is also not very practical for residents in Boundary Bay Village because many daily needs are difficult to meet without having to resort to a vehicle.
Services
Property owners in this part of the municipality almost always have to use a vehicle to do grocery shopping. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Boundary Bay Village. Moreover, daycares are not plentiful and thus not always within walking distance.
Character
People who prefer a relaxed environment will enjoy Boundary Bay Village. There are a few parks close by for residents to check out, making them very easy to access. This part of the municipality is also wonderful for those who prefer quiet areas, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic.
