This area is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. On the other hand, Alouette is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. This area is not very bike-friendly because there is a significant amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very extensive. Travelling on foot is also not very practical for property owners in Alouette as many daily needs are inconvenient to meet by walking.

Alouette does not have any high schools or primary schools. Moreover, it can be very hard to reach daycares on foot. In terms of eating, home buyers in this part of Maple Ridge almost always have to rely on a vehicle to travel to the nearest grocery store. Residents of Alouette benefit from a few restaurants.
Character
