Almost 20 years ago I sat in the kitchen of my childhood home, listening as my parents interviewed realtors to sell our family house. Once they chose the right fit, my curiosity took over—I started asking the realtor my own questions. That single conversation opened the door to a career path I hadn’t fully imagined yet. Soon after, I joined Keller Williams Elite Realty, where I worked in a variety of administrative roles and gained invaluable behind-the-scenes knowledge of the industry. From paperwork and compliance to working with the Real Estate Board, lawyers, and notaries, I learned firsthand the foundation that supports successful real estate transactions. After a few years, I was invited to join a busy team in the Tri-Cities as an assistant. It was there that I saw, up close, what it truly takes to be a successful agent. Our team grew quickly, and my role evolved into Lead Buyer Specialist. After passing my real estate exam in 2015, I dove right into one of the most competitive markets we had seen in years. With the support of my team, I guided buyers through fast-moving transactions, always focused on keeping them informed and protected. By 2018, I felt ready to build something of my own and launched Ainsworth Homes. My goal was simple: create a business grounded in integrity, service, and trust—growing not through flashy marketing, but through word-of-mouth and strong client relationships. Having sat in nearly every seat in real estate—receptionist, conveyancer, assistant, Buyers Agent, and now the founder of Ainsworth Homes — I bring a unique depth of perspective to every client I work with. Ten years into my career, I’m proud to have built a business that thrives almost entirely on repeat and referral clients. I remain committed to continuous education in a constantly evolving industry, but more than anything, I truly love what I do. Helping clients begin a new chapter in their lives will always be the most rewarding part of my work.
