Whether managing high-end residential projects, dealing with difficult tenant arbitration or complex commercial developments, Jennifer is known for her relentless work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to getting the job done. Jennifer’s diverse career began in the entertainment industry, as an actor in NYC where she performed theatre as well as tv and film She went on do develop her career in Vancouver before moving to Dubai to establish a successful Talent Casting Company as well as spending several years producing for a television network. Jennifer managed large-scale production as a producer for a Saudi Based network in Dubai overseeing shoots across the Middle East and North Africa while gaining extensive experience in logistics, team management, and high-pressure problem-solving. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Jennifer also started and ran SoggyDoggy, Canada’s first mobile dog washing and grooming service “ Soggy Doggy” while living in Vancouver. She quickly built a loyal customer base and eventually sold the business, solidifying her reputation as a savvy and capable businesswoman. Jennifer vast experience in a range of industries, combined with her passion for problem-solving and her ability to work hard for her clients, makes her an invaluable asset in any project. With a unique mix of creativity, business acumen, and determination Jennifer has much to bring to the table.
