Transportation
Spring Park is quite suitable for walking; meeting day-to-day needs is easy. Cars are a very good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway from any home in this area, and finding a parking spot is generally easy. However, this part of Charlottetown is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far away from most residences.

A supermarket is typically accessible within a reasonably short walk from most houses for sale in this part of the city. Furthermore, Spring Park is a good place in which to go out to eat, and house buyers are served by a few cafes as well. It is also a reasonably short walk to a good variety of clothing stores. As far as education is concerned, schools and daycares are easy to access on foot from anywhere in Spring Park.
