In terms of education, families will appreciate that wherever their house is located in this neighbourhood, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, this part of Brossard does not contain any high schools.
Character
There is a broad selection of green spaces in sector T. To be more specific, there are a few parks close by for residents to relax in and they are very well-situated, resulting in them being easy to get to from most locations in this part of Brossard. However, few tree-lined streets are prominent. This neighbourhood remains relatively quiet, as there are few pedestrians; however there can be more noise for those who are around Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or Autoroute René-Lévesque.
