Walking is reasonably practical for property owners in this area; many daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot. Cars are a very good means of transportation in this part of the city. The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is straightforward to come across a parking spot. In contrast, travelling by transit can be challenging in this neighbourhood as a result of the infrequent service. Character
Most areas in Central Chilliwack are quiet, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - although there are still several noisier sections, especially around the airport (YCW), one of the railway lines or Trans-Canada Highway. Public green spaces aren't well-spread out, which results in them being very difficult to access from most locations in this neighbourhood.
