This part of District of North Vancouver is very car friendly. It is straightforward to park. In contrast, the public transit service in this area is not very frequent. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. This part of the municipality is not very cycling-friendly because bicycling is made strenuous by the often sloping area, and there are few bike lanes. Walking is also not very feasible for residents in Cleveland because running common errands is impractical.


Families will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of houses for sale in Cleveland. However, there are no high schools in Cleveland. With respect to food, it is convenient to get to the closest grocery store by walking in this part of District of North Vancouver. A small selection of restaurants can be found in Cleveland as well.

It is very easy to access public green spaces since there are around 10 of them close by for residents to explore. This part of the municipality is also very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
