Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of Saint John are located in areas that are not very well-suited for walking because running common errands is very inconvenient.

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this area. Furthermore, daycares are not numerous and accordingly tend to require a very long walk to get to. With regards to eating, it is very rarely an option for home buyers in Latimer Lake to access the closest supermarket on foot.
Character
Latimer Lake is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although there are still several louder sections, especially close to the airport (YSJ). Parks aren't well-spread out, which makes them very hard to get to from a large number of locations in the neighbourhood.
