On the other hand, the public transit system in Lakeshore is not very convenient. The bike is a fairly poor means of transportation in Lakeshore as the bicycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and the terrain is not particularly flat. It is also inconvenient for pedestrians to get around in Lakeshore as running daily errands is occasionally challenging.


Shopping for one's groceries very often necessitates the use of a vehicle in this part of the city. Lastly, as there are very few people out and about on the streets, this part of Hamilton is relatively quiet.
